Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the Agentic Deal Desk product to enhance our platform's capabilities.
• Develop and maintain resilient, high-throughput Java microservices.
• Design and implement the underlying AI agent harness, including runtime scaffolding and execution loops.
• Manage tool dispatch systems and state management engines to ensure reliable operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize new features.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software engineering and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java.
• Proven experience in developing microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, especially in building reliable, enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus.
