About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this remote position, you will play a pivotal role in assisting brands and retailers across Europe in creating and managing outstanding programs for the collection and management of their ESG supply chain data. You will directly report to the EMEA Customer Success Lead and collaborate closely with our clients to ensure they leverage our comprehensive impact intelligence platform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges related to ESG data management.
• Guide clients on best practices for utilizing our platform to achieve their sustainability goals and enhance supply chain transparency.
• Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments to ensure clients are satisfied and achieving success with our services.
• Provide insights and training to clients on industry trends and updates that impact their ESG reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
• Monitor client engagement with the platform and proactively address any issues or opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the sustainability or fashion sectors.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles and supply chain management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability and making a positive impact in the fashion industry.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
