Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment or internship program administration.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and guidelines related to internships and student employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and educational institutions.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple internship programs simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
