Responsibilities

• Collaborate with federal clients to understand their unique AI application needs and requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that are scalable and effective for deployment in government environments.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational strategies.
• Participate in the productionization of AI applications, ensuring that they meet quality and security standards.
• Engage with clients on-site in the Washington, D.C. area, building strong relationships and trust.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in GenAI, LLMOps, and machine learning technologies to apply innovative solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise.
• Eligibility for U.S. government secret clearance is mandatory; active clearance is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with federal clients or in a government setting is highly desirable.
