We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dedicated design team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across various cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the experience of IT administrators, DevOps engineers, and security professionals who utilize our platform to build and manage their organization's network.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces that simplify the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of tailnets for our users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that solve real user problems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and effective.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Experience in designing for complex systems and understanding of user-centered design principles.
