Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on employee development plans.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and act as a point of contact for employee grievances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
