Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
