In this role, you will play a key part in managing and executing various programs that align with our mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including team members, community partners, and funders, to align project objectives and expectations.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders to communicate program outcomes and impact.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in program management.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building sessions for team members and partners.
• Identify potential risks and challenges within programs and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
