Responsibilities

• Lead and manage carbon offset projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for carbon project development and execution.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis on carbon markets and environmental policies to inform project decisions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in environmental or conservation sectors.
• Strong understanding of carbon markets, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
