Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for meetings and conferences.
- Oversee office operations and ensure that administrative processes run smoothly.
- Support project management tasks and assist in the execution of special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a strong preference for candidates with high-level organizational experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality are required.
