Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and clients, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents for meetings and conferences.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure that administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Support project management tasks and assist in the execution of special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a strong preference for candidates with high-level organizational experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality are required.
