Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support within a clinical environment.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Active nursing license in the state of Tennessee.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
