Responsibilities
- Lead complex onboarding projects for Cloudbeds' mid-market customers, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signature to successful adoption.
- Act as the strategic lead throughout the onboarding journey, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Support to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, addressing any challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip customers with the knowledge needed to maximize the use of our platform.
- Continuously gather feedback from customers to refine our onboarding processes and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and a commitment to achieving shared goals.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
