Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding projects for mid-market customers, ensuring smooth transitions from contract signing to account management.
  • Act as the strategic lead throughout the onboarding process, coordinating with various cross-functional teams including Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Support.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports to track the progress of onboarding initiatives.
  • Identify risks and challenges during the onboarding process and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they fully understand and can utilize the Cloudbeds platform effectively.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve the onboarding experience and collaborate with product teams to enhance features based on user needs.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to assess the success of onboarding strategies and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within software onboarding or customer success roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and with diverse customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to manage challenges and customer expectations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, particularly with software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
