Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, with a minimum of 5 years in a payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
