Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing in-house or through a payroll service provider.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
• Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on payroll-related inquiries.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing, with a minimum of 5 years in a payroll role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with payroll software and tools.
