Responsibilities

  • Continuously gather feedback from clients and new hires to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize their understanding of the onboarding platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our onboarding services remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in client services, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and onboarding software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
