Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the university and external stakeholders to enhance educational partnerships.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty, staff, and community partners.
• Develop and implement initiatives that support student engagement and retention.
• Assist in the organization of workshops, events, and activities that promote the university's programs.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of liaison activities and propose improvements.
• Provide support and guidance to students navigating academic resources and opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university policies, programs, and initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in higher education, student services, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the educational setting.
