Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the marketing measurement foundation to enable evidence-based decision-making regarding member acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with Performance and Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and implement cross-channel experimentation frameworks.
- Establish and enhance a rigorous incrementality testing capability to connect media investments to long-term member value.
- Translate complex measurement challenges into actionable product decisions that focus on sustainable, high-quality member experiences.
- Model purposeful experimentation while providing constructive feedback to stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Support the development of identity resolution architecture and measurement systems to accurately assess the impact of marketing spend.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and marketing analytics to drive innovation in our approach.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven product role, preferably within marketing or growth environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement frameworks, experimental design, and causal inference methodologies.
- Proficient in statistical programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL for data manipulation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading initiatives that require collaboration across multiple departments.
