About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Customer Experience (CX) Platform team. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our post-booking systems that provide seamless support to millions of travelers. Your efforts will help us create high-quality customer service experiences through advanced technology, including AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core systems that optimize post-booking journeys for customers and internal support teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, AI, Data, and Operations, to create scalable and intelligent customer service solutions.
- Implement and improve customer self-serve experiences within the Hopper app and partner-integrated workflows.
- Enhance internal agent platforms to ensure efficient, high-quality human resolution of customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the evolution of HTS Assist, our flagship AI platform, to further empower global travel partners.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure robust software delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our technology stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in designing scalable systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
