Responsibilities

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the self-care industry, including salons, spas, and appointment-based businesses.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client challenges effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
