Responsibilities
- Promote dormakaba’s North American portfolio of products and services to architectural firms, design-build firms, and government architects.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architectural clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Create strong connections with lead specification managers within firms to enhance project collaboration.
- Build and manage a robust project pipeline to meet both short-term and long-term sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within designated territories to meet clients and attend industry events.
