About the Role

Our fast-growing AI company is revolutionizing consumer access to cutting-edge AI models, including chat, image, and video generation, under a single subscription. We maintain one of the largest Google Ads accounts globally, alongside a strong Microsoft Ads presence, operating in over 40 countries and 30 languages.

As a Google Ads Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our extensive Google Ads campaigns with the support of AI tools. You will work closely with AI agents to enhance campaign performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to scale profitable ad spend across different countries, products, and devices.
• Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
• Manage the structure, keywords, ad content, bids, and compliance of the Google Ads account.
• Collaborate with AI agents to conduct audits and generate insights for campaign improvements.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve growth targets.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts, preferably in a high-volume or multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
