Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth through new business development initiatives and expand business with existing clients.
- Establish a strong reputation as a trusted advisor by utilizing a consultative approach to generate new business.
- Identify strategic opportunities and implement sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets.
- Support inbound order requests and address day-to-day requirements for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to customers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our Safe Locks product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Manage and track sales activity and client interactions through our CRM system.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the security systems or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
