Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective national territory and account plans targeting retail clients, financial institutions, integrators, armored car providers, and OEMs.
- Drive sales growth by establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to stakeholders and management.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand professional network.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in the security or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of high-security locking systems and related markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
