Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support customer meetings, acting as a reliable lead representative when project leadership is unavailable, ensuring seamless coverage and progress.
• Execute daily coordination tasks to enhance project workflows, maintain operational momentum, and effectively coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues, and identifying solutions for challenges that arise.
• Promote best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality in project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the defense, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
