Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of modelers in the development of Navy systems.
• Lead the architecture, development, and integration of digital models to document and simulate Navy systems and processes.
• Review, abstract, and analyze data from technical documents and sources to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in system design reviews and provide feedback to enhance overall project quality.
• Stay current with advancements in technology and methodologies in systems engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
• Proficiency in modeling tools and languages, such as UML, SysML, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Active security clearance or eligibility for clearance is required.
