Responsibilities

• Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers and centralized API gateways.
• Develop reusable frameworks such as advanced RAG architectures and agentic frameworks for company-wide access.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
• Architect and scale AI enablement strategies to support rapid deployment across various teams.
• Establish best practices for LLMOps/MLOps within the organization.
• Introduce intelligent data pipelines and innovative workflows to enhance the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to product and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient AI deployments.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve AI practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in AI enablement, data architecture, or software engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data processing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMOps/MLOps practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
