Responsibilities

• Cloud Platform Design: Design and enhance the architecture of our cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring optimal performance for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Stability & Fault Tolerance: Develop a robust system that is prepared for failures, enabling automatic recovery and maintaining operations during production issues.
• Developer Support: Simplify the development process by creating clear APIs, templates, and tools that empower internal developers to write code quickly and accurately.
• Cloud Cost Control: Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage and tools, such as Kubernetes, to manage and reduce operational costs effectively.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with the development team to establish best practices and guidelines that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions, processes, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role with a strong background in cloud platform design.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with developing fault-tolerant systems and understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in API design and familiarity with software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
