Responsibilities

• Engage with a diverse range of customers, including sellers and buyers, to address inquiries and provide support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

• Availability to work on a fixed-term 7-month contract starting September 2026, with the potential for extension based on performance.
