Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Administration Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional online support to customers worldwide regarding Avid products and promotions. The ideal candidate will assist with billing inquiries, order placements, and the processing of returns and refunds in our online store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support to customers inquiring about Avid products and promotional offers.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve any related issues.
  • Facilitate the placement of orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Manage the returns and refunds process for products sold through the Avid webstore.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Licensing, Registration, and Entitlements (LRE) Team to ensure consistent support.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate them to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset and ensure satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Experience in customer service or administration roles, preferably in an online environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Avid products or similar technology solutions is an advantage.
