Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination, including reconciliations and adherence to statutory compliance.
  • Manage HR correspondence and service delivery channels, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements, staying updated on changes that may affect HR practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data management practices.
  • Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Singapore.
