Responsibilities

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination, including reconciliations and adherence to statutory compliance.
- Manage HR correspondence and service delivery channels, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements, staying updated on changes that may affect HR practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data management practices.
- Proven experience in managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
