Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, ensuring timely updates, and compiling data for presentations and reports.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive team and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
