Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to promote Bloomreach’s AI-driven personalization solutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our platform can address them.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance our service offerings based on client feedback.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our platform to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of personalization technologies and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
