- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to identify effective tactics for audience targeting and message delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in paid social media.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
