Responsibilities

  • Expand existing client relationships and maximize account penetration by introducing Fusion solutions.
  • Collaborate with Midmarket Account Executives to accelerate sales efforts and close high-impact deals.
  • Analyze client needs, uncover gaps, and propose tailored Fusion workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a Fusion expert within the sales team, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts of sales activity.
  • Engage with technical and business leaders to influence decision-making processes and secure buy-in.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software sector.
  • Strong understanding of midmarket dynamics and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Curiosity and a passion for innovation, with a willingness to take smart risks.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Swedish is a plus.
