Responsibilities
- Support non-listed entities in executing a variety of company secretarial functions, including the incorporation and dissolution of companies and subsidiaries, along with managing changes in shareholders and directors.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of shareholder and board meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is compiled accurately.
- Maintain statutory and company secretarial records in compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
- Address other ad hoc matters as they arise, providing efficient and effective solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in company secretarial roles, particularly within private entities, professional services firms, law firms, or financial services and corporate environments.
- Proficiency in Chinese, including fluency in Mandarin, is required to facilitate communication and documentation.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance and corporate governance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
