Responsibilities

- Support the sales team by participating in customer meetings, responding to RFPs, and preparing technical documentation.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and partners to ensure effective utilization of our solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, facilitating relationship-building and ensuring their success with our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- Prior experience with AI-driven technologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a benefit.
