Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Workday functionalities to align with our organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document system requirements, ensuring a seamless integration of HR processes.
• Analyze and report on data trends to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making in HR operations.
• Assist in the training and support of staff members on Workday systems and functionalities.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures related to Workday and other HR technologies.
• Act as a liaison between the People Technology & Operations team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Workday systems within an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
