Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance initiatives across multiple service verticals.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Establish and manage the bug tracking process, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members on best practices in quality engineering.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong expertise in automated testing frameworks, particularly Cypress.
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and React/React Native is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with AI and data-driven solutions is preferred.
