Responsibilities

• Act as the engineering anchor for various initiatives, collaborating with product managers and designers to refine and implement solutions.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from shaping the problem to deployment and evaluation of solutions.
• Utilize AI coding agents to enhance productivity and improve code quality, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Engage in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Work closely with engineering peers across different initiatives to share knowledge and maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Contribute to defining the technical vision and strategy for product development in alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product engineering, with a strong emphasis on ownership and accountability.
