Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians in the maintenance of photo enforcement systems.
- Ensure compliance with California prevailing wage requirements, including appropriate labor classifications and accurate timekeeping.
- Develop and assign daily work schedules to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and system uptime targets.
- Monitor technician performance using established KPIs to drive continuous improvement in service quality.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and internal/external partners to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to uphold safety standards and best practices.
- Oversee documentation processes to ensure complete and accurate records of work performed.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within field services or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations, particularly in California.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic IT systems.
- Willingness to travel throughout California as needed.
