Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute data migrations by assisting new clients in transitioning their historical data, including reservations, guest profiles, and inventory from legacy systems to the Cloudbeds platform.
• Develop and implement reporting strategies that address the specific needs of clients, enabling them to make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout the migration process.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client operations.
• Provide training and support to clients on best practices for data management and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and hospitality technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong knowledge of data management tools and software, with familiarity in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a remote team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
