Responsibilities

The Conversational Designer will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and intuitive conversational experiences across our AI platform. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing conversational flows that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conducting user research and testing to gather insights and optimize conversational scripts.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for conversational design processes and best practices.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in conversational design and AI technology.
• Utilizing analytics to assess the effectiveness of conversational interfaces and making data-driven improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conversational design, UX design, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar platforms.
