Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing European customers utilizing Veeva Basics applications.
• Understand customer needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful adoption of Veeva's suite of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support for our clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Veeva’s services and products to existing customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and usage metrics to inform product enhancements and support services.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, needs, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• A proven track record in account management or sales, preferably within the life sciences or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and a passion for driving customer success.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
