Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers in the Marketing Technology and Social domain.
• Drive high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Lead major technical migration projects, specifically transitioning the platform to Nuxt.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Focus on performance engineering, optimizing site responsiveness and loading times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team productivity.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Frontend leadership role, preferably in a MarTech environment.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js, including Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like Less and SCSS.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Webpack and Playwright.
• Exposure to backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, particularly AWS, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
