Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations partner for the Regional Vice President of Sales (RVP) for ANZ, collaborating closely on sales strategy and execution.
• Facilitate effective forecasting and performance analysis to inform sales planning and decision-making.
• Manage pipeline processes, ensuring timely updates and accuracy to drive success.
• Support the RVP in GTM planning and execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Become a trusted proxy for the Regional Sales Leader, representing the region in cross-functional initiatives.
• Work closely with data analytics teams to derive actionable insights that enhance the effectiveness of sales operations.
• Develop and implement scalable processes that improve operational efficiency across the sales team.
• Conduct regular reviews of sales performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools; familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process improvements that enhance team performance.
