Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Outbound Sales Dialer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers using an automated dialing system. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads with a warm and professional approach.
• Appointment Setting & Follow-ups: Schedule meetings for team members and follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
• Sales & Client Engagement: Sell staffing direct-hire and staff augmentation services, clearly communicating value and fostering long-term client relationships.
• CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system to ensure streamlined communication and organized follow-ups.
• Customer Support & Product Assistance: Address customer inquiries and provide information about products and services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
