In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated video and animated assets for our advertising campaigns. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute impactful creatives for advertising and marketing initiatives, from the initial brief through to final asset delivery.
• Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance every phase of the design process, including ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and final production polish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and sales to ensure alignment on creative direction and messaging.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, integrating new methods and tools into the design process to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital and video content.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and AI design tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to create compelling visual narratives that engage and convert audiences.
