Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts with 100-1,000 employees, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.
• Utilize strong communication skills to foster relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly to ensure satisfaction and drive sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals worth $50,000 and above consistently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and address client demands.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement to adapt to market changes and leverage new sales strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in Mid-Market SaaS sales, with a history of closing high-value deals.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and sales methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in straightforward terms to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.
