Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one math instruction to students in grades 5-8.
• Develop lesson plans that align with U.S. Common Core State Standards (CCSS).
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed to ensure understanding.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment to build student confidence.
• Communicate regularly with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.

• Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching math to middle school students is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of math concepts and ability to explain them clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
