Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via teletherapy, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment.
- Conduct intake assessments and follow-up appointments with clients, adhering to a 60-minute session for intake and 45 minutes for follow-ups.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records during and after sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Adjust scheduling based on client availability and demand, demonstrating flexibility in hours worked.
- Stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in mental health care.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed mental health professional in the United States (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 hours of availability per week, with the potential for more based on scheduling flexibility.
- Experience in providing teletherapy services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients virtually.
- Proficiency in documentation and note-taking during therapy sessions.
- Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of clients and organizational requirements.
