Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for patients to diagnose and develop treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor patient progress in collaboration with other mental health professionals.
• Offer psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share insights with colleagues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license with a specialization in psychiatry.
• Experience in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
